EU disability card unrecognized

As the line at the passport control was huge. As European I have the EU disability card (more information here if you are not familiar)

A member of the airline staff understood my situation and let me through but in the end of the line another member didn’t recognise the card and as she said I need to be in a wheelchair or to asked assistant to be allowed.

My answer was “ that’s discrimination”. She got annoyed and started yelling at me “that’s discrimination? Look at me look at me, seriously that’s discrimination?”. As a diplomat was next to me to support me. This behaviour is unexpected. As I report it to the airport, they said they will make a research and get back to me but of course never happened.
