Brussels Airlines - bad assistance

He wants to go to NY in June with Brussels Airlines, has to be in business class because of crooked pelvis and had planned to put his assistant in economy just behind the curtain (an additional cost). He does this to lower the price but Brussels Airlines says they must sit next to him (even more expensive)
