No access for people with reduced mobility in Consozio 5 Terre Boat
I use a manual wheelchair. According to the guidebooks and the Internet, the best way to visit the Cinque Terre, Italy was by sea. In La Spezia, the ticket office of Consorzio 5 Terre Golfo dei Poeti informed me that it did not have “People with Reduced Mobility” access. I am surprised that UNESCO does not care about the accessibility of the sites it admits to its heritage.
Furthermore, I wrote to the Italian Tourist Office in Paris in September 21st. I reminded them that the European Parliament issued a regulation in 2010 concerning the rights of passengers traveling by sea. I have not received any feedback.
